Arrive early enough to set up.
Give yourself plenty of time for parking and carrying your display items. It takes longer than you think, especially to get settled in, with a cup of coffee before the doors open.

Good design, and a professional look makes all the difference in showing that you are at the top of your game.
Make sure your key information is at the top of your banner.
When crowds of people are passing by, it’s important that the information about what you do, is in view above the table height.
Early network with your neighbours, a friendly banter with interest in what they do, helps the day go by.
Have a great giveaway.
Creates a talking point and drives a traffic to you.
Have a quick take away brief of what your services are.
Some literature for people to take away, and for you to hand out, also helps with your initial contact.
Research all the other companies there.
Everyone is looking for business and might need your help.
Have enough people on the stand
It can get busy, don’t leave your stand un manned.
Get your stand looking it’s best.
If you have confidence in your display, you’ll feel more confident with your business
Don’t stand directly in front of your stand.
You want people to view your display. When they look at your display, it’s easier to catch their eye to begin a conversation.
